Accessing Data: Who and How

Current employees may access the data warehouse via a secured login if they have a need to use the data for their current job responsibilities. Warehouse access is granted through the request forms below, and you will need supervisor approval prior to access being granted. Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email notification. The Enterprise Data Solutions (EDS) team will evaluate the request and get back to you with any additional questions and to discuss deadlines.

If you need help, please send an email to the EDS Help Desk.

Submitting a Data Request

If you need data from EDS, please fill out the appropriate request form below. You will receive a confirmation email once you submit your request, and the request will be routed to your supervisor for approval. Once approved, EDS will assign a staff member to your project, determine the security classification and begin processing your request.
